Fund Usage Scope

Node infrastructure, R&D, ecosystem building, security audits. NOT for team dividends, private deals, speculation.

Audit & Transparency

Real-time donation totals, monthly expenditure reports, quarterly third-party audits, large expenses (>$10K) require governance vote.

Donor Privacy Protection

Fully anonymous donations supported, optional public acknowledgment with nickname only, encrypted storage of donor data.

Additional Notes

Non-refundable, donors must ensure legal fund sources, community governance committee has final interpretation.
