Universal 10,000 ANC Per User Distribution Rules
1. Grant Overview
The Universal Access Grant is ANCORA's universal basic distribution mechanism: every unique verified human user receives exactly 10,000 ANC, released linearly over 50 years on a monthly basis. The grant is designed for maximum inclusivity, equal distribution, and long-term network alignment.
No user receives preferential treatment, early access, or larger grants. Distribution is completely equal for all participants globally.
2. Eligibility Requirements
A user is eligible for the UAG if and only if they meet ALL of the following:
Hold a valid, verified ANCORA DID of type "human"
Have completed full anti-Sybil identity verification
Have not previously received or claimed a UAG
Have activated their wallet with a valid on-chain transaction
Have configured a complete 5-member recovery group
Are not listed on the global sanctions or blacklist
Eligibility is determined algorithmically on-chain with zero manual intervention.
3. Grant Activation Process
DID Creation: User creates and verifies their ANCORA DID
Anti-Sybil Verification: System completes multi-factor unique identity check
Wallet Activation: User broadcasts wallet activation transaction on-chain
Eligibility Check: Smart contract verifies all eligibility requirements
Vesting Schedule Initiation: 50-year monthly vesting schedule begins at activation block timestamp
First Release: First monthly grant release occurs on the 30-day anniversary of activation
4. Vesting & Release Rules
4.1 Release Calculation
Precision maintained to 18 decimal places.
4.2 Release Trigger
Releases occur automatically on the monthly anniversary of wallet activation
No manual claim action required by the user
Released tokens are immediately available for transfer and use
Releases accumulate if the network is temporarily offline, and all pending amounts release in the next valid block
4.3 Vesting Completion
After 600 months (50 years) from activation:
Total 10,000 ANC has been fully released to the user
No further releases occur
User retains full ownership of all released tokens permanently
5. Anti-Sybil Enforcement
To prevent fraudulent multiple grant claims:
One Grant Per Human: Algorithmically enforced unique identity verification
Device Fingerprinting: Unique hardware and network fingerprint matching
Social Graph Verification: Recovery contacts must be unique, verified identities
Behavioral Analysis: Transaction and interaction pattern anomaly detection
Validator Attestation: 2/3 validator majority confirmation of unique identity
Permanent Blacklist: Proven Sybil identities permanently banned from all future grants
Any attempt to claim multiple grants results in immediate revocation of all grants and permanent DID blacklisting.
6. Exception Handling
Lost Wallet: User recovers wallet via social recovery; vesting schedule continues uninterrupted
Compromised DID: User rotates DID keys; vesting schedule transfers to new DID
Network Fork: Grant schedule continues on the canonical chain only
Regulatory Restriction: Grants suspended only for users on official global sanctions lists
