T-60 Minutes: All validators stop testnet operations
T-30 Minutes: Genesis block generated and distributed to all validators
T-10 Minutes: All validators verify genesis block hash
T-0: All validators start mainnet node simultaneously
T+5 Minutes: Verify first block produced and finalized
T+30 Minutes: Verify 100 consecutive blocks finalized successfully
T+60 Minutes: Genesis state verification complete by all nodes
