ANCORA Governance Operation Guide

1. Proposal Overview

Any network participant may submit a governance proposal. This manual provides complete instructions for proposal creation, submission, voting, and execution.

Complete proposal using the standard template

Publish draft in governance forum for 7-day community feedback

Revise proposal based on community comments

Submit final proposal via on-chain governance interface

Deposit required proposal deposit (1000 ANC, refunded if proposal reaches 10% quorum)

Proposal enters 7-day council review period

Voting period begins automatically after review

4. Voting Process

All eligible participants may vote during the 14-day voting period

Voting weight calculated automatically using three-factor governance score

Options: Yes / No / Abstain

Votes may be changed at any time before voting period ends

Quorum requirement: 10% of eligible voting power must participate

Results tallied automatically and published on-chain at end of period

5. Execution Process

If approved: 48-hour time lock period begins for public observation

No veto received during time lock: proposal executes automatically on-chain

Execution results recorded permanently on-chain

Treasury funds released according to proposal milestone schedule

Implementation progress tracked and reported monthly
